When will my items be ready for pick up or shipping?
All non-customized items will be ready for pick up or shipping within 5 business days. This does not include expedited shipping time.
When will my customized orders be ready?
Most customized items will be ready for pick up or shipping within 10-15 business.
Is there a rush option for customized items needed sooner than the 10-15 business day turnaround?
If you would like your items within 3-5 business days, you will need to add on the $25 rush fee at check out.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange non-customized items for the same item in a different size within 14 days of pick up or delivery, as long as item is still in stock. Customer is only responsible for additional shipping costs.
What are the turnaround times for your preorder items?
Items that are purchased during a preorder will have varying turnaround times, which will be made clear at time of purchase. All preordered items will be final sale.
